LPG Exemption is set to end for those vehicles on the powershift register ..on the 11th Jan 2010.
Mr Livingstone is setting the limit to 120 g per/km CO2 as the maximum emissions for exemption ..so if the car runs on ..petrol..diesel..lpg.. cng ..chip fat ..anything IF it falls above 120 grams per km CO2 then it will have to pay the charge .
This is a real pity as lpg powered cars emit less pollutants than all fossil fuels ..ie less particulates/nitrous oxides/hydrocarbons etc..but he's focusing on CO2 ..and ignoring the other pollutants in emissions.
Hi, Jonathan! Very pleased with the car! Thank you for taking the trouble to register the car for Congestion Charge exemption. Will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
