The Buying Process
We want to make the buying process as easy as possible for you. If you have seen a car you like, feel free to get in touch and ask any questions you like. There’s no such thing as a silly question.
How to Pay
We accept payment via bank drafts ..bank transfers BAC's or telegraphic transfer ..or whilst your here ..and internet transfer from your bank (if you have an internet bank facility )..although no card payments as the costs are high, and we like to offer you a low price. We do not offer finance (VAT business we can offer finance through a broker ....private purchase we cannot).
We Come To You
If you can't travel to test drive the vehicle ..we offer the following ... We take a £250 deposit...on the vehicle you want .. this 'holds' the vehicle for up to 10 days. We then deliver up to 70 miles for a £50 fee (over this distance we can quote you).. If the vehicle is 'not as described' in the video and web site ..or you feel I've mislead you in anyway ..I will hand back your deposit and drive away .....to date in 7 years this is yet to happen !
If of course we arrive at your home and you state " oh i don’t want a silver car ...i'd like a red one " then no deposit refund will be given !( again this has never happened !)
The Complete Package
We also tax and re register the car in your name at DVLA ...and arrange the change of taxation class (to alternative fuel) if needed on your behalf....before we deliver to you ...this will require that you ask your insurance company to post to us your insurance documents .at least 2 days BEFORE the delivery date ..thus allowing time to visit dvla before.
The warranty documents follow in 4-5 days after handover to your address.
